About our Practice
Welcome to the Practice of Amita Sharma Nayyar M.D. Dr. Nayyar is Board Certified in General and Adult Psychiatry and has been practicing in the Central Pennsylvania area since 1996. Her office is located in Camp Hill, PA and is easily accessible to people on the East Shore or the West Shore. Dr. Nayyar provides comprehensive psychiatric services which include diagnosis, treatment, and education for adults with a wide variety of psychiatric diagnoses, which include but are not limited to Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders and ADHD.
Dr. Nayyar is supported by her well-experienced assistant Kay. Kay works closely with our patients in many areas, including scheduling appointments, relaying messages, and submitting insurance claims.

Office Appointments are available:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-5 pm.
Front Desk is open for calls on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 - 2 pm. (Messages left outside these times will be checked next business day.)
Please note that we are not in the office on Thursdays.
Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon hours are available until 5 pm on a limited basis. |
Most Highmark, Capital Blue Cross, and UPMC plans are accepted. We also participate with Medicare. Please call our office for more details.
Many of our patients choose to pay out- of- pocket and get reimbursed directly by their insurance if Dr. Nayyar is Out of Network. |
